We work with local communities in Uganda to improve education and quality of life.

Story

On April 24th this year I took part in the St George’s Day Half Marathon in aid of Soft Power Education, which works with communities in Uganda to improve quality of life through education.  My aim is to raise £600.00 for the charity through this action.

To further help this cause I will be going over to a town called Jinja in Uganda for 4 weeks during the summer to carry out voluntary work which will comprise primarily of building schools in impoverished communities.

I would really appreciate any donations that are made as I understand that many of you are students like myself.  Thank you.
