I want to sow back into the organisation that is going to sow so much into me in the coming months!

Rock UK runs Christian adventure centres across the UK. Their mission is to transform young lives, and create confident kids. 

They do this mainly by leading young people into adventurous activities such as climbing, high ropes courses, bushcraft, mountain biking, zip lining and archery etc, and through that, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone, work with their peers to help and be helped by them. The variety of activities (probably new to most) gives a large scope for people to realise that they're not going to be good at everything, and - perhaps more importantly - it will help others to realise that there are things that they can be good at.

Another huge way they fulfil this mission statement is by training and discipling new instructors like me. They give us lots of new, expensive, but essential equipment. They take us out on lots of adventures to raise our level of experience, and they do everything they can to help us gain Nationally recognised awards, such as paddlesport coach, and Rock Climbing Instructor.
