Me and Sian are doing the Derby 10k on sunday for a good friend of ours, Linda While and her team TONY MASTERS and MacMillan cancer support, who unfortunately lost his battle against cancer in the new year. We also lost a very good friend to cancer at the end of last year and I know alot of my friends on here know another person who is battling this same horrible killer of a disease at present.  I would be surprised if any of you on here have not been touched by cancer, whether personally, a family member or friend in some form or another so please help to support us and either donate or share this post.  Last time we did this for a children's cancer charity and we raised nearly £1500 in 6 days which was unbeileavable a quarter of that would be fantastic.  So dry your eyes 'man up' and get your wallets and credit cards out or please share our post.  Thank you all in advance our link www.justgiving.com/Chris-Pomfret1 Chris and Sian xx
