For nearly half of my years at Lloyds I have worked in the centre of Birmingham.  During this time the number of homeless people I have encountered has continued to grow, so I'm taking the opportunity to mark my 35 year anniversary by challenging myself to raise money for this worthy cause - taking me well outside my comfort zone!
