Completed it mate!

Football to Amsterdam done, 100 miles on day 1 and 51 miles on day 2. All the training paid off and it was just brilliant!

Thank you to everyone for your generous sponsorship, much appreciated and the money really will fund vital research into prostate cancer care. I'm just short of my total, so I'm sorry but I have unfortunately shared some photos containing Lycra...

If the past couple of years have shown us anything it's that health and wellbeing should be higher in our priority lists. We must make the most of our time here, with this in mind I am taking on the challenge of cycling to Amsterdam and supporting an incredible cause Prostate Cancer UK, which is making a real difference to so many people.
