I'm running the Great South Run, which is a ten mile road race around the streets of Portsmouth, for the Salisbury Hospice Charity.

Salisbury Hospice is a charity that offers nursing and medical care, emotional and practical support, welfare advice, occupational and physiotherapy, complementary therapies, spiritual care and creative activities, but not only does the charity off care to the patients but also valued support to their families.

The charity is only able to offer this help and support by the generous donations given to it. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
