On the 23^rd of May I shall be taking on the challenge of the marathon, to help raise money for Erskine. It is a charity that provides unrivalled respite and long term care for young and old ex-Service men and women throughout

My meticulous training preparations have been long and thorough. The strict dietary regime and pounding the streets before breakfast will all culminate in extraordinary fashion in the streets of . If you’re around, please do come and behold the spectacle.
