Last Christmas, my customers suggested if I didn't shave or have a haircut, I would end up looking like santa Claus.....never one to shy away I took them on.......I have not had a shave or a haircut since January 1st 2013.

I am raising money for Marie Curie to thank them for their hard work for my father and the family in his final months with us. their professionalism and compassion were so much appreciated at such a difficult time.

A couple of years ago, a dear friend of mine suffered a mild stroke when he was only in his mid forties. Whilst not the most severe of strokes, the impact on his life and lifestyle was incalculable and he has faced his difficulties with great courage and stoicism. Having reached more mature years than my friend, it is a health issue I am very conscious of and admire the work the Stroke Associaltion do.
