Story

So i've decided that commuting 20 miles on my bike everyday isn't enough exercise, so have set myself the target of taking part in a variety of different sporting challenges this Summer/Autumn. This is the order;

Cycling London to Lands End in 24hrs - 290 Miles/500km [11 July]

24 Hour Thunder Run - team event - 40km Running Event [26 July]

London Prudential 100 Mile Cycle - London-Surrey-London [10 August]

London Duathlon - 10km run/44km cycle/5km run - [14 September]

Climbing Ama Dablam - 6,856m(asl) / 22,493ft - 1 month expedition - Himalayas, Nepal. [November 2014]

Originally this page was just for the London-Surrey 100 mile ride, but I decided that I would also include the other events i'm doing this year. I hope this will inspire you to support me with your kind donations through what will be some pretty big challenges for me this year!

Do give generously to this worthwhile cause and help me reach my target. Thank you very much indeed!!
