I am walking the Lairig Ghru in May for our charity One 4 Kids

We hope to raise enough money to build several houses in Vietnam in support of the Catalyst foundation which  helps build communities in Vietnam to fight children being abducted into human trafficking.

For every £10,000 raised we will be able to build 3 houses for these vulnerable children.

In October we will be trekking in Nepal, conquering rapids and peaks in support of our foundation.
