We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives
Story
Ellie was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2014. It was shattering for her and desperate for us - this time neither Mum nor Dad could make it go away. However Ellie inspired all around her bravely and cheerfully coping with uncertainty and a lengthy spell of chemotherapy. Her treatment by the doctors, nurses and other staff at the Bexley Wing St James's Hospital Leeds was - and remains - second to none. She was lovingly supported by her brother Nick and husband Alex who she married in November 2016. Ellie's disease continues to be in remission and she is now joining her old Dad in his third cycle ride for Bloodwise. The research helping Ellie is expensive and we must continue supporting those clever medics by giving them the tools to build on the tremendous progress they have made in combatting all types of blood cancer. We know you have many calls on your money in straightened times but the tremendous sponsorship of past rides has been both astonishing and moving. If you can - please help again.
UNFORTUNATELY SOME PRESS COVERAGE WRONGLY SAYS WE ARE DOING PRUDENTIAL 100 - WE ARE ACTUALLY RIDING PRUDENTIAL 46 ALTHOUGH 2 OF US MEANS 92 MILES!
