Hello everyone!

This year, your kind donations will be given to St Leonard’s Hospice, York – Where the amazing people cared for Glenn through his final few weeks before departing. This hospice runs fully on donations and the staff are incredible people that devote their lives to end of life care.

This year, the following people will be giving their weekend to carry out this amazing fundraising activity;

Chris McNichol (Brother of Glenn,) Alan McNichol (Father of Glenn,) Dan Askew, Ian Dunn, Mike Graham, Ste Williams, Aaron Stafford, Andrew Thorburn, Rob Carter, Hugh Davis, Callum Stewart (All close Friends of Glenn)

This year’s jaunt will be kicking off on the 2^nd of September and as always will be in memory of and dedicated to our beautiful Brother and Son Glenn, who tragically lost his longstanding battle with cancer. Over the years with all your support we have raised more than £12000 for charities and this year with the wind behind us we hope to propel this figure to £15000 or at least close to that. The dreaded “C” has plagued most of our lives at some point, whether directly or indirectly so I am sure you are all aware of the tremendous value that your donations have for those who are unfortunate enough to be battling its evil clutches. The money raised will go towards improving care and enriching the lives of many people who desperately need it so thank you all in advance for any donations that you are able to give to our cause. Your generosity is hugely appreciated!
