The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this.

We are cycling 50 miles down in sunny Hampshire as part of the Tour de Test Valley raise money for CALM, a brilliant charity that is aiming to tackle suicide, particularly amongst men. It's been a tough year for many but we're hoping that through our efforts, we will be able to contribute to such a wonderful cause.
