Story

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

As you’ve probably guessed by now, I will be competing in the 2020 Virgin London Marathon with my colleague Vicky from Close Brothers. Although we both enjoy the odd enjoy lunchtime run around the block, neither of us have taken on a challenge of this size or magnitude before.

We will both be taking part on behalf of the charity Action Medical Research.

Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children's lives through medical research. For 65 years they've helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But the charity still urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children.

If you have an opportunity, please could I ask that you donate what ever you can to support this great charity and join our fight to save little lives.

Thanks in advance

Chris
