In July I did the Ponteland Triathlon and will be doing the Great North Run this year to raise money for the Simon Bates Foundation. The charity was set up by the family and friends of my wife's cousin, Simon Bates, who was tragically taken from us far too soon in September 2013. Please help me do Si proud by raising as much money as possible for some wonderful causes close to his heart.
