So following on from my epic 11,111 Burpee and 3,000 press up challenge, I'm putting a team of absolute legends together to take part in the Brecon Beacons Race the Sun event:

Its a cheeky little dusk 'til dawn jaunt on 10th June 2023, where we will be cycling 35 miles around the Brecon Beacons with 1,000m vertical, followed by a 2-mile kayak paddle, and finally yomping up Pen Y Fan, the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons with an altitude of 886m, on an 8 mile round trip to raise money for Action Medical Research, which is an incredible cause.
