Thembalitsha does amazing work with needy communities near Cape Town South Africa for children affected by AIDS, TB sufferers, sports for young people, support for young mums, and care for adult AIDS sufferers. This last group has a wonderful facility at ThembaCare Grabouw (nr Cape Town) and needs more beds for their patients. I have seen this work first hand and it is such a privilege to be part of giving dignity and care to those in so much need. I'd be hugely grateful if you'd support my bike ride fundraiser :-)
