Story
On 10th May 2023, 8 friends and I (plus the 2 most important people, and very good friends- our support drivers) will be attempting the 3 Peaks Cycling Challenge, which includes hiking up the highest mountains in Wales (Snowdon 1085m), England (Scafell Pike 978m) and Scotland (Ben Nevis 1345m) and cycling between them (450 miles) in 4 days.
We are attempting this challenge in aid of the British Red Cross. The current suffering in Turkey, Syria and Ukraine is at the forefront of our minds and we would like to do something to help.
The British Red Cross plays a vital role in emergency response. In times of crisis, we’re here to help people. We’re local and we’re global and we’ve been doing this for 150 years. Our network of incredible staff and volunteers means we are uniquely placed to reach people in fearful, uncertain times. But it’s the generosity of our supporters that enables our work to happen quickly and efficiently. We rely on your support to keep us going.
