I am taking part in a couple of events to raise money for Leonard Cheshire.  The first is the bigger of the challenges; Weymouth 70.3 Ironman Triathlon on the 22nd September. This triathlon consisist of a 1.9km Sea Swim, 56 mile bike ride followed by a half marathon. This will act as a warm up for the Royal Parks Half Marathon which I will be doing with a number of colleagues. I would be extremely grateful if you could spare a few pounds in order to help support this great charity.
