The Charlie Hook Appeal is something that I have supported for a while in small ways..... Now I want to make a BIG difference!

I have followed Charlie's progress and that of children like him and feel that it is time that I got really involved.

Stories like Charlie's show us how valuable our health is. I have found it hard to loose weight but feel that with such an important cause as my motivation, I will finally suceed.

My intention is to lose 6 STONE (!!!!!!)  responsibally over the course of a year and I need your help to keep me motivated for that long.
