I'm riding the Home Group Cycle Challenge to raise money for the Home Group Fund. The Home Group Fund is fully funded by donations and sponsorship from colleagues, suppliers, partners and members of the public.

Every day, Home Group provides accommodation and support for some of the most vulnerable people in society. In line with our mission to build homes, independence and aspirations, the Home Group Fund has been set up to help Home Group customers who are experiencing severe financial hardship.

It makes a real difference to our customers' lives - they can apply for funding for help with things like....

Homes - moving into a new home can be daunting, especially when every penny counts or a change in circumstances means that customers have to choose between rent, food or heating and the bare essentials for their home. The Home Group Fund helps to make this choice easier for those in severe hardship, and our customers can apply for money for essentials such as food, clothing or essential white goods.

Independence - how can we help people become more independent? It could be improving online and digital skills, enabling access to education, employment or training which may be out of reach, and our customers can apply for funding to help with these things.

Aspirations - our customers' aspirations are as individual as they are. From travel to volunteering opportunities or job interviews, to support with clothing for the first day in a new job - our customers can apply for help in achieving their aims.
