On 19th August at 6.40pm Marjorie Grime lost her 3 year battle against Cancer.  Over the past 3 years Marj has fought her illness with a quiet dignity that always gave her friends and family hope and made us all immensely proud of her.  

We will all miss her enormously; she was such a big part of our lives but she leaves us all so much the richer and better people for having shared our lives with her.  Loving wife of Austin, mother of Heather and Chris and Grandma to Will, Charlie and Keira - we will love you always.

During these 3 years, Marj has been given exceptional care by the Christie hospital - they have tried everything in their power to help her to overcome her illness and they have given us 3 extra years with her.  The family would like to show our deep gratitude to the hospital and its staff for their support and care.  All donations made will make a big difference to the care of people like Marj.
