The challenge is to walk from Chepstow in East Wales along the Wales Coastal Path to RNLI St Davids in the West.

The total distance will be 571km and I'm aiming to do it in 2 weeks. It'll be around 40km a day of walking for 2 weeks straight, the equivalent of walking 14 marathons back to back, so it's going to be a fair old stroll.

I'm open to offers if anyone wishes to join me for a day on the path or just a few hours along the way too. Just get in touch.

The charity is one that does excellent work raising awareness of autism and Aspergers and providing invaluable help and support to those with the condition and their families.
