Double Downs
Campaign by Walking With The Wounded (RCN 1153497)
The Double Downs is an off-road, cycling challenge on the famous chalk hills from Winchester alongside inspirational wounded ex military to raise funds for at-risk veterans.

Story

On September 1st I will be riding the 64 mile Double Downs Gravel Ride in memory of fellow veteran, brother and close friend Danny Johnston who sadly took his own life on May 23rd and to raise much needed funds for the events chosen charity Walking with the Wounded.

I will be cycling 64 miles and climbing over 7000ft along the South Downs Way between Winchester and Queen Elizabeth Country Park.

Please help me raise £500 to support the Head Start mental health programme which provides care and support for Veterans suffering with mental health issues.

Thank you.
