These stories can be a bit long, so will keep it brief:

• Our eldest son, Jack (in the cover photo) has autism

• Whilst he manages very well on a day to day basis, not everyone who has this condition is that fortunate

• Team NEAS do an amazing job in the North East to support young people and adults who have Autism

• I’m running the 2023 Great North Run for the 4th time, and my 2nd year running for NEAS
