Sierra Leone is one of the poorest countries in the world. Educaid Sierra Leone is a charity I have supported for many years. They provide free education to the children orphaned by civil war. Education can free people from a poverty that is almost unimaginable to us.

It is about time I practice what I preach and do some exercise. So in for a penny in for a pound! I plan to cycle 200 miles from Hoek van Holland to Brussels! 8th to 11th Septemeber 2011.
