I am taking part in the the 3 Cities Cycle Challenge London-Amsterdam-Brussels for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

I will be riding with my good friends Sean & Jim Igoe who's Dad died from the disease in 1994 at only 49 years old. It will be the 20th Anniversary of his death, so an honor to take on this challenge in his name with his sons.

MND is a horrible disease it has no cure and MNDA is not funded by the government for any research, it really needs support.

This will be a challenging ride, nearly 600km but I'm up for the challenge. And my training starts from Jan 2nd 2014!
