On Sunday 13th October myself and my closest friends will be running the Wiggle Half Marathon in Manchester in Memory of someone who was so very special to so so many.

Craig passed away suddenly in March, leaving a huge hole in all our hearts and we are raising funds for a cause so close to our hearts for the Alzheimer's Society as our beautiful mum Annie passed away from the disease in 2012 at the young age of 64.

The team from TRO Norwich (Pete, Matt P, Rob, George, James & Matt L) will be walking a 20 mile stretch of the North Norfolk coastal path on Tuesday 5th November to raise funds for this special cause... Thanks lads! :)
