In 2020, 101 children and young people were diagnosed with cancer in the region. It is a similar number of children each year, and to mark that we're bringing you the 101 challenge. If 101 people raise £101 we will hit our target of £10,201!

Story

I have pledged to raise £101 to make life better for children with cancer. That's £1 represented for approximately every child diagnosed in the North East and Cumbria. 

Throughout November I will be running/walking 101 miles as part of the Children's Cancer North 101 appeal. 

Your donation will be giving these children and their families access to the latest treatments and improving their quality of life on the wards. Thank you for your support!

About the charity

We are here to make life better for children with cancer. For as long as families in the North East and Cumbria are affected by childhood cancer, we will invest in revolutionary research to find cures and kinder treatments and ensure those directly affected get the support they need.
