Thank you for supporting my TCS London Marathon journey with the British Heart Foundation. 

C'est la première fois que je courrai pour soutenir la recherche, et cela me tient à coeur car ce sera un pas de plus vers l'ironman de Nice de 2023. 

This is the first time I'll run for charity, and my first marathon too. It means a lot to me to run this marathon as this'll be one of the building block leading to racing the full ironman of Nice in 2023. 

Papi li, mon grand père nous a quitté le 27 Octobre 2021. Quelques jours avant son décès, nous nous réjouissions et il me félicitait d'avoir fini le demi ironman de Aix. Il était si fier ! Mais il plaisantait sans cesse et me demandait quand est-ce qu'il me verrait franchir la ligne d'arrivée de la course mythique de Nice. Un Ironman ça comprend un marathon, et donc je me lance dans cette aventure de courir mon premier marathon cette année.

Papi li, my grand father passed away on the 27th of October 2021. A couple days before we were still holding hands, talking about my recent achievement crossing the finish line of Ironman 70.3 Pays d'Aix. He was so proud ! But jokingly kept asking about the "real" race, meaning the Ironman of Nice. 

Papi souffrait de problèmes cardiaques depuis de longues années, et je souhaite soutenir la recherche pour que d'autres ne souffrent pas autant et puissent rester sur terre plus longtemps. Merci de vos dons par avance! 

Heart disease took him from us, and made him suffer for years, depriving him of fun activities he wanted to take part in. For this reason, and for others to have their loved one with them longer, I would kindly ask you to support the British Heart Foundation by sponsoring my marathon run.
