Hi friends! 

Over the next 12 weeks I will be training for a 360km bike ride across central Italy, in aid of Dementia.

Those who are close to me will know my daily struggles with getting on the saddle on these utterly freezing early mornings, but it’s all for a great cause I hold dear to me.

The 5 day ride will take place in May; beginning in Rimini, passing across the green heartland of central Italy through to the south of Pisa.
