56 miles in February

My name is Chloe, I am 26 years old and looking after your mental health is something I never shut up about. There are many people in my life, either those I’ve briefly crossed paths with or those who became a permanent part of my life that have struggled with or know someone that has struggled with battling their mental health.
Despite struggling with mental health for many years myself, in the past year I have spent a lot of time and energy on learning about myself and my triggers in order to handle my bad days better. Throughout my journey of personal growth, promoting positivity and better choices has become something close to my heart. During my journey over the past 13 months I have found a huge love of hiking along with spending time in the gym -I am taking part in the challenge to celebrate my own mental strength, to celebrate all of the people that have made it through each and every one of their bad days so far and to honour anyone who we may have lost along the way 💙
In light of recent events in my life, I have decided to do something positive with the bad feeling I am holding onto and take on 56 miles in February. Any donations would be greatly appreciated I would like to hit £100 so that I can get the medal (cos did you even really do it if you didn’t get the medal) ❤️
