FutureSense Foundation is a registered UK charity (Charity No.1132101) that supports development work through the placement of volunteers and targeted funding. We partner with 100+ grassroots NGOs worldwide with our charity work targeting three areas; education, child welfare and livelihood support.

Story

I am embarking on the trip of a lifetime in July to Cambodia to volunteer for a community project organised by Futuresense. The charity do amazing work for the people focusing on advancing education and relief of poverty and sickness. But I cant get there without your help so please please donate what you can, every little helps :)

During my time there I will be working to help individuals from marginalised groups and within institutions that are poorly funded and ill-equipped to deal with the many social problems that people there face. I'll be directly working with children and on a building project to improve facilities within the area, either a library or a school. My direct work with the children will involve running health and hygiene classes at a local non-government organisation (NGO) centre, these classes are for children from poor rural backgrounds and will encompass instruction on diet, cleanliness, dental care, healthy lifestyle and disease prevention - this is really beneficial as for the most part this sort of education is absent from their lives.

To help me raise the money I am taking part in a 40 mile ridgeway walk at the beginning of May, which is going to be a huge huge challenge... so any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for all your support! it means so much to me!

Chloe :) xx
