Story

Hi everyone thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

So on the 15th August I will be skydiving to raise money for St Wilfrid's Hospice who as many know looked after my Grandad up until he passed away. I am also doing this in his memory and know just how proud he would be!!

A little bit about St Wilfrid's Hospice:

"We were founded in 1982, and exist to support, empower and care for people at the end of life, to influence quality of end of life care in all settings, and to encourage our wider community to be concerned about death, dying and loss."

My grandad had a terminal illness that eventually meant he required the care of St Wilfrid's Hospice. Speaking on behalf of my family especially my nan, we all couldn't be more grateful or thankful for the level of care, compassion and kindness they provided my grandad and our family. I know my grandad would have wanted to have given back to them to say thank you for everything they done so I am doing this on his behalf. He was a great man my grandad and I only hope to follow in his footsteps.

I have paid for the skydive myself - all donations are going completely to the hospice!

Any donation big or small is much appreciated!

Thank you!
