This Sunday I am taking part in the ‘Running GP at Goodwood Motor Circuit’ event (hopefully the first of many fundraisers!)- aiming to do the 5K in my wheelchair!

I am trying to fundraise some money for the Spinal Cord Injury Centre at the RNOH, Stanmore, where I was so well looked after. The work they do there is truly amazing - not only in helping people progress after spinal cord injuries, but for supporting so many people keep their independence, whatever their recovery. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help the fantastic work going on at the London SCIC.
