As you are all aware our beautiful darling daughter sadly passed away having been struck down with Meningitis at the tender age of 9 weeks.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the St Mary's Paediatric Intensive Care Department, where Chloe was treated during her illness.

We will forever be in their debt for the outstanding efforts that they made to try and save our dear Chloe.

The department is majority funded by charitable donations, and this is where we are asking for your help.

Lesley and i would be extremely grateful for any contributions that can be made to ' Cosmic ' (Children of St Mary's Intensive Care), so that they can continue with their extraordinary efforts helping extremely sick children.
