Story

Thank you for visiting my page.

When I was 6 months old in august 2001 I was taken to the dr as I had a small purple mark on the back off my left calf.  I did not go back home and ended up going straight into the sick kids hospital .  Within a couple of hours I was diagnosed with meningitis and hooked up to lots off different machines and treatment was started.

i was moved up to ward 1 and put in isolation where I stayed until I left hospital. I obviously do not remember it as I was only a baby however I know how lucky I was. I realise that everything turned out well for me however I'm grateful to the sick kids hospital.

Therefore I came up with the idea as I have turned a teenager this year to do various fundraising events throughout the year for the sick kids.

the two things that this just giving page is for is for the edinburgh junior 5k that I am doing in May and the the Color Me Rad 5k in June .

i would really appreciate all your support .

love you all lots
