Break the Cycle: Mental Health Fundraising Campaign. Will you join us in helping rebuild the mental health of this generation? All runs raised via this campaign will go directly towards our workshops in our schools, youth organisations and church youth groups province wide, reaching 25,000 young people face to face & providing e-learning resources for a further 50,000 young people. We want to help each and every young person we encounter with the knowledge they need to overcome the issues they face & fulfil their potential.
