I’ll be running the Cape Town Marathon on 16th October in memory of my mum who was looked after by the Thames Hospice a few years ago. Their aim is to treat everyone with kindness and compassion and provide a safe and caring environment when supporting families facing a life-limiting illness. They provide the highest quality nursing, medical and therapeutic care supporting the physical, social and emotional needs of their patients and their loved ones. Any donations will help them to continue the amazing care they provide!
