This coming Monday - 2nd May I shall be taking part in the Vitality London 10K to raise much needed funds for Age Concern Banstead.  Fund Raising for all charities has been such a challenge over the last 18 months and I would like Age Concern Banstead be rewarded for my effort and trust me it will be despite all my preparation.  On behalf of myself and ACB I would like to thank you very much for your support and contribution.
