Story

I have decided to shave off most  my hair for charity and take part in the night walk on the 15th of July if they still continue to go on it . I have thought about doing this for some time. It makes me think about all the people who have had treatment for cancer and who have lost their hair. They have had no choice in losing their hair and so I wanted to think of a way that I could raise money for a good cause. I have chosen The Pilgrims Hospice as this is where my Grandad was shown great kindness and was cared for before he passed away.I am looking to raise £100 or more and once I reach my target I will set a date and time for it to happen. This event will be filmed and shared with all the donators!

About the charity

Pilgrims Hospices is a charity providing palliative care, free of charge, to people in east Kent. For people with a range of life-limiting illnesses, specialist services are provided from our three hospices in Canterbury, Ashford and Thanet, in patients' homes and via community programmes.
