Help us to celebrate Children’s Hospice Week by raising as much funds and awareness as possible. 

« Pay for a Play - £50 could pay for a visit by our specialist play worker for a seriously ill child, providing a creative and fun way to express their emotions.

« Pay for a Day - £600 you could pay for 24 hours of care by one of our trained specialist carers, giving parents a much-needed break.

« Pay for a Stay - £3100 could pay for our siblings group to attend an activity weekend away – building peer support networks and having some much-needed fun!

Here are just a few examples of how you can help us to help local families:

Helping hands – Offer to help out a friend, colleague or family member for a generous donation! Clean their car, mow the lawn or make the tea for the whole of Children’s Hospice Week.

Round the clock – Show you care by taking part in our ready-made We Care 24/7 sweepstake.

Caring cake sale –Sell your cakes to friends, family or colleagues… every penny you raise will help make the world of difference.

Brain strain – Why not host a quiz? Ask friends, family or colleagues to pay to enter and get them thinking.

Give it up – Sacrifice one of life’s luxuries during Children’s Hospice Week. It could be your morning coffee, daily pastry or evening glass of wine. You’ll be surprised how much money you can raise!

24 hour challenges – Be as creative as you like with 24 hour fundraising ideas. Why not pull an all-nighter and get sponsored to stay up for 24 hours? Or challenge a chatterbox to stay silent all day?

Take part in Hero Friday – Dress up as your hero and help raise money to provide 24/7 care for seriously ill children. It could be your favourite pop star, actor, sports personality or superhero. Or maybe your hero is a family member or friend that’s made the world of difference to you.
