Story
Myself and my eldest son, Lewis who is 13, have a very personal reason for fundraising for this Charity this year. My youngest son, Ryan, who is 11, has been diagnosed with a rare brain tumour. Everything we raise will be put towards helping children to beat cancer.
Childhood cancer is still the leading cause of non-accidental death among children in the UK. The Children's Cancer Run raises funds for life-saving research, carried out in Newcastle Upon Tyne, developing more effective and less harsh treatments for childhood cancer. I will be joining over 9,000 runners of all ages to take on a five mile cross-country run at the 38th Children's Cancer Run.
Thank you for your support.
