As most of you know we spend a lot of our time doing sporting events of varying levels of silliness. A few overenthusiastic drunken conversations later and we appear to be swimming the English Channel at the start of September...

Stringent medical tests (weeing in a pot, looking in our ears) have confirmed that we are indeed the (wo)men for the job and perhaps more encouragingly, there are four of us - so we're only really swimming a quarter of the Channel... Easy!

In any case I'm sure you'll agree from the picture on the left, nothing is too much for this slick team of honed athletes.
