Thanks for taking the time to visit Chess's fundraising page in memory of our fabulous Operations Director - Julie Wright.

Julie was the first ever employee here at Chess and is a role model to many. She sadly lost her long battle with cancer this February - aged only 51 years.

In her memory - Chess are aiming to raise as much money as possible for the East Cheshire Hospice - a chairty that cared for Julie and her family so well during her short stay.

Over the next few months everyone here at Chess will be biking, running, baking, bag packing, dancing, car washing and a million other crazy ideas in order to raise as much money as possible for our local community and for a charity which is so close to all our hearts.

Just a two day stay in the Hospice costs a massive £12,000 - an enormous sum of money!! This shows how much the Hospice relies on donations to continue their fantastic work.

In true Chess spirit we are going to work as One Team to support other families similar to Julie's during these difficult times.
