Only 3 days now till I depart for the Wall and I am delighted to say that I am well over the planned target of £2,750.00 but now the nerves are setting in!!

I would like to say a very big Thank you to everyone who has supported me during the past 10 months along the fundraising road.  I would not of hit this target without you all!

I also have special thanks for Diana and Rosemary two very special ladies who have been there at every event that I have organsied.  Printing flyers, Selling raffle  tickets, collecting raffle prizes and drinking wine with me when it all got to stressfull!!

Thank you to Phil for allowing me time off as wife and mother to undertake the challenge and for all his support for this and everything else he has supported me in over 16 years of marriage!

In memory of not only Vi my mother in law who sadly passed away from Breast Cancer in 2003 but to my Gran who died of Throat Cancer and sadly for Papa Kerr who passed away this week after a long battle with Cancer but who's spirit and strength of character was an inspiration to us all and will be fondly remembered.

Thank you also to Rosie who is sharing this experience with me I could not wish for a better friend.  Between us we hope to of made over £10,000 and as group we are currently at about £120,000 which we hope will go someway to making a difference in the search for a cure.

So.... onwards and upwards and the next step of the challenge awaits!!
