Story
Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. Every pound counts. Thanks for taking the time to read!
I'm doing a London to Paris 280 mile bike ride to help raise money for Bolton Hospice because the role they play when a loved one gets sick with Cancer is invaluable. This is going to take place in June 2017 and will be quite a challenge for me as I've not been on a bike for at least 10 years!
We are doing this challenge in the memory of Angela a friend who I miss so much. She battled and beat breast cancer, but we recently found out she had secondary liver cancer, It was a very short battle and a cure was not to be found so heaven gained a very beautiful angel.
Angela was a beautiful person who you may well not have know. But if you had, within 5 minutes of meeting her she'd have had you firmly in her grips of being a friend. Her happy positive vibrant nature was a huge draw. It shows in the huge amount of people that can call her a friend. More importantly she was a wonderful mother to three beautiful children, Paris, Kian and Saffron and a loving wife to her soulmate and best friend Jay. It's been such a huge loss to so many people.
Bolton Hospice rely 100% on donations so I just want to do my bit in giving something back so they can continue to be there for people with cancer to help them look at life more positively even in the face of such adversity.
If you'd like to donate and leave a comment or share a story if you knew her the please do. 😊❤️😊 My aim is to raise at least £10 for every mile I do in the memory of a very important lady.
