My mum (June Palfreyman) and I are taking part in this walk in the memory of 3 of our close family members. 

The first memory walk we took part in was just for my Momma just a few years ago. Sadly since then, my mum has now lost both of her sisters (my aunties) in the last two years to this awful disease as well. In their memory, we will be walking this year for all three of them. They are all loved and sadly missed xx
