On Friday 1st May I will be launching myself from the 190ft roof of the iconic St David's Hotel in Cardiff Bay on a zip wire. As many of you know one of my many phobias is heights. Please help me to raise vital funds for Tenovus Cancer Care to help more cancer patients and their families.
