When i was 34 i was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease. Of my 4 gorgeous children I now know my daughter Sarah also has the disease. We are yet to find out about my son's.  Kidney Research are assisting to develop medication to slow down the growth of the cysts so hopefully in generations to come requiring dialysis and a transplant will be a thing of the past.
